Located in the very heart of our Paris showroom, it is open to all Amantys customers and offers the opportunity to discover the creation of jewelry made with natural diamonds.

The steps involved in making
bespoke diamond jewelry

01 – Rattrapage de la fonte

Le travail de la monture fait partie des premières étapes de fabrication d’un bijou sur-mesure. Notre joaillier commence par travailler le métal à l’état brut. Il soude et perce la matière précieuse afin que notre sertisseur puisse ensuite minutieusement y déposer les diamants naturels.

02 – Sertissage

Une fois la monture réalisée, notre sertisseur s’attèle à l’insertion des pierres dans la monture. Il s’agit d’une étape cruciale dont la complexité réside dans la recherche du juste équilibre entre mise en lumière des diamants et résistance des griffes dans le temps.

03 – Polissage et rhodiage

Le joaillier entreprend alors un poli-rhodiage, une étape qui permet à l’Or 18k du bijou d’obtenir un aspect lisse et scintillant. Cela donne à la création tout son éclat.

04 – Contrôle qualité

Lorsque la création joaillière est finalisée, un contrôle qualité est assuré avec la plus grande minutie. Examiné à la loupe et au microscope, le bijou est étudié dans les moindres détails.
